Please DO NOT USE PADLOCKS on the bike box. Instead please use zip ties which can be secured in the specially designed holes on each steel catch.

- Remember to check with your airline their weight conditions.

- You can weigh your packed bike and box on your bathroom scales.

Important – Don’t over tighten the velcro straps as this will deform the shape of the Bikebox during transportation.

Remove wheels and deflate slightly. Place back wheel in bottom wheel recess and secure with Velcro strap.
